Membership Terms & Conditions

1. General Scope

“SquashFitness” applies for squash and fitness centers/locations that are part of the member’s memberships. Current centers/locations/prices will always be listed on SquashFitness’ homepage: www.sqf.no.


2. Online Signature & Membership Type

The client has signed and agreed online to the terms listed in this contract. The client has selected one of the following memberships or a previous version. The prices below reflect the most up-to-date pricing:


3. Rights and Obligations – SquashFitness


SquashFitness:

  • Will make use of admission control.

  • Will strive to offer the best possible benefit of exercise for members.

  • Will maintain equipment and centers in optimal condition.

  • May, without notice, reduce opening hours or close due to events, holidays, public injunctions, force majeure, renovation, etc.

  • Is not liable for loss or damage to people or belongings unless caused by clear negligence.

  • Establishes and enforces rules for use at the centers.

  • Operates under camera surveillance at all centers.

  • Only SQF employees may instruct, coach, or offer PT-sessions.


The Member:

  • Must provide updated contact details (address, phone, email, etc.) and required personal info for systems (Book24/7, Rankedin).

  • Is responsible for their own health fitness before using the facilities.

  • Must maintain correct bank/credit info (AvtaleGiro).

  • May not transfer membership without SQF’s explicit approval.

  • Must be 18+ or have parental consent.

  • Has the right to cancel within 14 days unless services were used.

  • Must register visits with a personal code and show ID if asked.

  • Must upload a profile picture in Book24/7 for identification.


4. General Terms of the Agreement

  • Membership includes a 12-month commitment unless stated otherwise.

  • After the period, the contract continues until cancellation.

  • One-month cancellation period applies (see section 6).


Commitment period: Begins on the agreement signature date.

Yearly up-front payment: Must be agreed with SQF. A 50% admin fee applies.

Stripe payment: Member pays an admin fee + first monthly fee via sqf.book247.com. Recurring payments follow monthly.

Gift cards: Valid for equipment unless otherwise agreed. Cannot be used for discounts. Deactivated if the membership is canceled.


5. Court Booking
  • Daytime/weekend members: Booking allowed before 4 PM (Mon–Thurs) and all day (Fri–Sun).

  • Full-time members: Can book anytime, but bookings after 4 PM (Mon–Thurs) open only from 00:01 the day before.


Booking Rules:

  • Only one active half-hour booking at a time.

  • Additional bookings must be paid in advance online.

  • Drop-in bookings unpaid after 5 minutes will be canceled.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the reserved time via profile or phone (not email/chat).



6. Changes to the Agreement
  • New terms apply from the date of change.

  • Changing membership does not reset the commitment period.


7. Pricing Terms
  • No price changes during the binding period unless initiated by the member.

  • SQF can adjust prices in accordance with www.sqf.no.

  • Fees apply regardless of usage frequency.


8. Payment: AvtaleGiro
  • Member must activate AvtaleGiro.

  • If inactive, a debt collector may be involved.

  • Missing AvtaleGiro triggers a paper invoice + 40 NOK fee.

  • Canceled AvtaleGiro before membership ends will result in full charge of the remaining period.


9. Payment: Stripe
  • Member must maintain valid card info.

  • If card info is outdated, missing payments may result in debt collection.


10. Membership Cancellation
  • Standard notice period is 1 month.

  • AvtaleGiro users: Must cancel by the 19th of the current month.

  • Stripe users: Must cancel at least 1 day before next invoice.

  • Only written cancellations are accepted. Oral ones are not valid.

  • A written confirmation with termination details will be sent. If not received within 14 days, the member must contact SQF.

  • To cancel after 12 months, cancel before the 12th invoice.


11. Freezing Membership
  • Submit requests via email to post@sqf.no with reason, period, and documentation.

  • If approved, a written confirmation will be issued.

  • Binding period extends by the freeze duration.

  • Freezing is not indefinite; extensions require a new request.


12. Personal Data Use
  • SQF may store and use member data (e.g. name, email, payment details, history) to administer the membership.

  • Visit history may be used for personalized offers.

  • Members can access or request deletion of their personal info.

  • SQF won’t share data without consent unless required by law (e.g. debt collection).

  • By accepting terms, members agree to SQF using their data for communication/marketing (can opt out anytime).

  • Data may be shared with NIF’s sports registry.

  • Rankedin data use applies.


13. Right to Cancel Membership

SQF reserves the right to cancel the membership due to:


  • Theft or inappropriate behavior.

  • Unpaid dues for more than 2 months.

  • Underage use without consent.

  • Member’s health risk from training.

  • Acting against the center’s interests or threatening others.

  • Not following employee instructions.


Immediate cancellation/ban may apply in such cases.

Membership Terms for Using Biocircuit at Squash & Fitness

Biocircuit by Technogym is a unique training solution that enables members to achieve faster results through targeted workouts, personalized analysis, and quarterly body scans included in the monthly fee.

To maximize the benefits of Biocircuit and help you reach your goals, the following terms apply:


1. Training Frequency

To achieve expected results, members are required to complete a minimum of two Biocircuit sessions per week.


2. Training Duration

To see measurable results, members must follow the Biocircuit program for at least three consecutive months.


3. Workout Completion

All sessions must be completed as instructed by the Biocircuit system. This includes:

  • Completing all repetitions and exercises in each session as prescribed by the machine.

  • Following machine adjustments for intensity, speed, and resistance without deviation.


4. Body Analysis
  • Members will receive a body scan every three months to track their progress.

  • Results are for guidance purposes only and depend on regular training and proper execution.


5. Follow-Up

To optimize results, members are encouraged to:

  • Maintain regular communication with our trainers.

  • Provide feedback about challenges or questions related to the program.


6. Disclaimer

Results may vary depending on:

  • Diet

  • Sleep

  • Stress levels

  • Overall health

The fitness center is not responsible for a lack of results if the above terms are not followed.


7. Membership Cap
  • Biocircuit is available to a maximum of 300 members.

  • This ensures efficient training with minimal waiting times.


8. Automatic Machine Allocation
  • Upon starting your Biocircuit workout, you will be automatically assigned to an available machine.

  • This optimizes flow and reduces waiting.


9. Synchronized Training Flow
  • All Biocircuit users follow the same time intervals.

  • Exercises are time-controlled, and everyone moves to the next machine simultaneously.

  • This prevents anyone from overstaying on one machine.


10. Maximum Simultaneous Users
  • Biocircuit includes 9 machines.

  • Therefore, a maximum of 9 people can train at the same time.


11. Potential Waiting Time
  • If more than 9 people wish to start simultaneously, short waits may occur.

  • For example, the 10th person might wait up to 90 seconds.

  • Waiting times are usually minimal and infrequent.


12. Guidelines for Flow and Enjoyment
  • All members are kindly asked to respect the synchronized training system.

  • Please follow instructions when switching machines.

  • If delays or issues arise, contact the staff for assistance.


13. Confirmation of Terms

By participating in the Biocircuit program, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and will follow all recommendations to optimize your training experience and results.
